ter of the Port Deposit Electric Light Company of
Cecil county.

No. 34. An Act to authorize the Chevy Chase Land
Company of Montgomery county, to sell or contract
with the Rock Creek Railway Company respecting
the railroad of the said the Chevy Chase Land Com-
pany, and to define the powers of the Rock Creek
Railway Company in case of such sale or contract.

section 14, of Article 23, of the Code of Public Gen-
