CHAPTER 170.

 

AN ACT to amend article thirty of the Code of

 

Public General Laws, title, " Crimes and Punish-

 

ments," by adding additional sections thereto, to

 

follow section fifty-four thereof, under the sub-

 

title of " Fraud," and to be read as sub-section A.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assem-

 

bly of Maryland, That the following sections shall
