AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and ninety-

four of the Code of Public Local Laws, article
|
 
|
two, title "Anne Arundel county," sub-title
|
 
|
"Sheriff," as the same was repealed and re-enacted
|
 
|
by the acts of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,
|
 
|
chapter one hundred and six.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, That section one hundred and ninety-
|
 
|
four, article two, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
|
 
|
title "Anne Arundel county," sub-title " Sheriff,"
|
 
|
as the same was repealed and re-enacted by the acts
|
 
|
of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter one
|
 
|
hundred and six, entitled " An act to repeal section
|

ty," sub-title "Sheriff," and to re-enact the same

with amendments, relating to the fees of sheriffs "for

keeping and boarding prisoners, be repealed and re-
|
 
|
enacted so as to read as follows :
|
 
|
SEC. 194. The sheriff of Anne Arundel county
|
