General Assembly, eighteen hundred and ninety, chapter

Amend-

five hundred and five, entitled "An act to incorporate The

Baltimore, South Baltimore and Curtis Bay Railroad Com-


pany," be and the same is hereby amended so as to change


the name of said corporation from The Baltimore, South


Baltimore and Curtis Bay Railroad Company as it now


stands in said act, to "The Baltimore and Curtis Bay Rail-


way Company," so that the corporate title, name and style


of the said corporation shall hereafter be " The Baltimore


and Curtis Bay Railway Company."


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the following additional

and city council of Baltimore the assessment for benefits

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
