crosses said canal, and the Potomac River.

|
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Cumberland Valley Railroad Company
|

liquors or lager beer within a radius of one mile and a half

from the point of crossing of the Baltimore and Yorktown

Turnpike and the Northern Central Railway at Parkton,

|
|
|
in Baltimore County.

|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That it shall not be lawful for the clerk of the
|
|
|
|
Circuit Court for Baltimore County to issue license to any
|
