duty. And no part of said proceeds of sale of said bonds


shall be paid out by said county commissioners except on


the warrant of said building committee.

To provide

SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That during the time of said

rooms

repairs and improvements of said court house is being made

the county commissioners shall make necessary provisions

CHAPTER 480.


AN ACT to authorize and empower the county commis-


sioners of Queen Anne's County to appoint one addi-


tional constable for the third and sixth election districts


of said county jointly.


SECTION 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the county commissioners of Queen Anne's

Constable

County be and they are hereby authorized and empowered


to appoint one additional constable for the third and sixth


election district of Queen Anne's County jointly, to reside


at or near Star in said county.


SEC. 2 And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of Charles
County, in their discretion, to pay Joseph M. Hayden a
certain sum of money on account of taxes paid in error.
