West Franklin street, Broadway avenue, Mary Ann street,


South Potomac street, Jackson lane, Valentine street, LeRoy


street, Jefferson street, Baltimore street, Frederick street,


Forest street, Cook street, and Mechanic street, and war-


rants for the expenditure of the same shall be drawn by the


board of street commissioners as provided in section one
