right of use to the said Baltimore, Hampden and Lake

Roland Railroad Company to use the tracks laid by the said

|
|
|
Baltimore, Hampden and Lake Roland Railroad Company
|
|
|
|
on any public street or highway in said city for a distance
|
|
|
|
of not exceeding seven hundred feet upon the terms and
|
|
|
|
after the payment by such other company to the said Balti-
|
|
|
|
more, Hampden and Lake Roland Railroad Company of such
|
|
|
|
annual sum of money for said use as maybe prescribed and
|
|
|
|
awarded by the arbitration of the mayor, city commissioner
|
|
|
|
and the president of said Baltimore, Hampdeu and Lake
|
|
|
|
Roland Railroad Company for the time being, or a majority
|
|
|
|
of them ; provided, however, that no use shall iu any event
|
|
|
|
be made of the tracks of said Baltimore, Hampden and Lake
|
|
|
|
Roland Railroad Company which will interfere with its
|
|
|
|
regular schedule adopted from time to time for the running
|
|
|
|
of its cars.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That in the construction of
|
|
|
|
said road, and the repairs of the road bed between the tracks,
|

the same shall be done under the supervision and direction

|
|
of the county commissioners of Baltimore County, where
|

|
|
the road lies in said county, and under the supervision and

|
|
|
direction of the city commissioner of Baltimore City where

the road lies in said city.

|
|
SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That the comptroller be and he is hereby directed
|

to draw his warrant upon the treasurer in favor of J. H.
|
anon.
|
|
|
Medairy and Company, for the sum of six thousand four
|
|
|
|
hundred and twenty-seven dollars and fifteen cents,
|
|
|
|
($6,427.15) for stationery furnished the executive and legis-
|
|
|
|
lative departments, Court of Appeals and State library for
|
|
|
|
1891 and 1892.
