chase or condemnation to Cedar avenue ; thence northerly


along Cedar avenue to Merryman lane ; thence westerly


along Merryman lane to Roland avenue ; thence north-


erly along Roland avenue crossing Lake avenue; thence


northerly and westerly to the property owned by Richard


McGill described in a deed dated August 7th, 1868, recorded


among the land records of Baltimore County in Liber E.


H. A., No. 59, folio 123, over Roland avenue, when opeued,


or over such property as the said railroad company shall


acquire by purchase or condemnation ; or at the election of


the railroad company it may construct its road from the


intersection of Cedar avenue and Second avenue, westerly


along said Second avenue, and over such private property
