SEC. 59. Any person, his aiders, abettors and counsellors, who


shall be convicted of the crime of breaking into, or entering by


force or otherwise, any railroad car then being in the possession

forfeited unless said bridge shall be repaired before the first


day of November, A. D. eighteen hundred and ninety.
