CHAPTER 484.


AN ACT to amend the charter of the Deer creek mining and


construction company of Baltimore city.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the charter of the Deer creek mining and construction com-


pany of Baltimore city, a corporation organized according to law,
as by reference to the records in the office of the clerk of the
