	their associates, successors and assigns, shall become
	and are hereby declared to be a body politic and cor-
	porate, in fact and in law, by the name of the Balti-
	more and Potomac Railroad Company, or by such
	other name as they may adopt, and shall be deemed
	and considered as the stockholders of the capital
	stock of such new body politic or corporate, and
	shall become and be entitled to and vested with all	Vested with
	the corporate rights, powers, privileges, immunities	all rights, &c.
	and franchises, and be subject to all the duties, re-
	quirements and obligations which have been hereto-
	fore granted to, and imposed upon said Baltimore
	and Potomac Railroad Company by the State of
	Maryland by the act of eighteen hundred and fifty-
	three, chapter one hundred and ninety-four and the
	several supplements and amendments thereto, and
	by ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of Bal-
	timore, or which may hereafter up to the time of
	making said sale or sales be granted to and imposed
	upon the said Baltimore and Potomac Railroad
	Company, and that too, as fully and completely as
	if the said acts of Assembly and ordinances of the
	Mayor and City Council of Baltimore were re-enacted with reference to such new corporation, and as fully
	and completely as if the rights, powers, privileges,
	immunities and franchises, duties, requirements and
	obligations thereby granted to and imposed upon the
	said Baltimore and Potomac Railroad Company,
	chartered by the act of eighteen hundred and fifty-
	three, chapter one hundred and ninety-four, were
	expressly enumerated in this act, and with the same
	right to all parties to make use of the tunnel of said	Right to use
	company as is now granted to them by statute and	tunnel.

	SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That it shall
