2830 ARTICLE 12.

6. North 4 degrees 33 minutes, east 55 perches 9 links, crossing the
Deer Park Road at 19 perches, to a concrete monument with copper center.

7. North 65 degrees 37 minutes, west 133 perches 19 links, crossing
the State road at 28 perches 18 links, to a concrete monument with copper
center, planted 11 feet southeast of a spring, then running with an old
road or trail.

8. South 58 degrees 44 minutes, west 59 perches 18 links, to a concrete
monument with copper center standing in the center of said old road or
trail and in a property line between Bush and Fundenburg, and at the
point supposed to be the end of the first line of the corporate survey made
in 1896, then leaving said trail.

9. North 65 degrees 57 minutes, west 27 perches 17 links, to the
eastern limit of the Oakland-Sang Run County road, then with it.

10. South 24 degrees 51 minutes, west 29 perches 2 links, to the end
of the fourth line of the corporate survey made in 1896, then with the
lines of said survey as then located from the fifth to the twenty-first, both
inclusive.

11. South 29 degrees 15 minutes, west 24 3/4 perches.

12. South 86 degrees 15 minutes, west 36 perches.

13. South 51 degrees 45 minutes, west 13 3/5 perches.

14. South 63 degrees 30 minutes, west 7 1/4 perches.

15. South 29 degrees, west 4 4/5 perches, crossing the Little Youghio-
gheny River, then

16. South 6 degrees 30 minutes, west 11 1/10 perches, to the north-
west corner of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad's enclosure near the
Washington Spring, then with said enclosure

19. South 20 degrees, west 40 perches.

20. South 62 degrees 30 minutes, east 64 2/5 perches, to the limits
of the Oakland and Aurora road, and with it.

21. North 38 degrees, east 21 perches.

22. South 65 degrees 30 minutes, east 57 1/2 perches.

23. North 21 degrees, east 14 1/8 perches.

24. South 30 degrees, east 17 1/5 perches.

25. North 57 degrees 30 minutes, east 5 1/5 perches, to the limits of
the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, and with it

26. South 29 degrees, east 33 1/10 perches,

27. South 24 degrees, east 22 2/5 perches, then crossing the aforesaid
railroad, with part of the twenty-second line of the survey made in 1896.

28. North 64 degrees 15 minutes, east 4 perches, to the northeasterly
limit of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, and with its northeasterly
limit in a straight line to the beginning of this survey made in 1913, as
shown by a map now on record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Garrett County. Said map or a copy properly certified by the
Clerk under the seal of his office shall be evidence. The Mayor and Town
Council shall have power to extend the limits of said Town, not exceeding
