vested by law in said commission. And the said company
shall be subject to all the provisions of the Public Service Law
of Maryland, being Chapter 108 of the Acts of 1910, and to all
the powers and duties of the Public Service Commission of
Maryland which are or may be applicable to corporations oper-
ating street and electric railways or supplying electric current
for furnishing light, heat or power, or exercising any other
power, franchise or franchises, conferred by this act upon the
said Westernport and Keyser Electric Railway and Power Com-
pany.
SEC. 17. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 460.
AN ACT to correct an error in the course of a reference line
from the end of the first line of Military Lot No. 3293 to
the beginning of Military Lot No. 3299.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the beginning of Military Lot No. 3299 shall be
changed on the book of courses of the military lots lying west-
ward of Fort Cumberland, so as to read as follows: Beginning
of Military Lot No. 3299, at 2 Bounded White Oaks standing
about S. 80 degrees W. 90 perches from the end of the first line
of Lot No. 3293.
And that the State Land Commissioner be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to correct the records in the Land
Office in accordance with the provisions of this act.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
