of Isaac Fyffe, George Byrd and James W. Darby; thence
running on the dividing line of Isaac Fyffe and James W.
Darby south, continuing in a straight line through the lands
of said Isaac Fyffe to a point in the land of said Isaac Fyffe;
thence running in a straight line east with the line between
Charles J. Norris and the Poolesville High School to the inter-
section of the original line; thence running on the line between
the lands formerly owned by Scott Beall and Leonard Hebron;
thence with a straight line to Dr. Wootton's land to the land
of Thomas N. Gott; thence between Thomas N. Gott and J. T.
Norris; thence between J. T. Norris and Thomas N. Gott;
thence between Thos. N. Gott and T. E. Hall to the Poolesville
and Rockville road; thence up said road to the beginning,

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 416.

AN ACT to authorize Frank McClure to construct in front of his
land on Warwick River, in East New Market Election Dis-
trict of Dorchester County, State of Maryland, a wharf or
pier extending out into the waters of Warwick River.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Frank McClure, of Secretary, in Dorchester county,
and State of Maryland, be and he is hereby authorized and
empowered to construct a wharf or pier in front of his lands
on Warwick River, in East New Market Election District of
Dorchester County, State of Maryland, said wharf or pier to
extend from the lands of said Frank McClure out into the
waters of said Warwick River for a distance not exceeding. 90
feet, and to be of a width not exceeding 125 feet and to be
immediately and solely in front of the lands of said Frank
McClure, provided such wharf or pier shall be constructed and
established on or before the first day of January, A. D. 1915.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said wharf or pier
when so constructed or erected shall be the property of the
said Frank McClure, his heirs and assigns forever.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
