CHAP. 258.

AM act perfecting the title of Tobias Fash, to a lot of

Passed Mar.28,1836

ground in Mechanics Town, in Frederick county.

 

WHEREAS, it has been represented to this General

Preamble

Assembly, that Peter Gets, and Catharine his wife, of

 

Frederick county, in the State of Maryland, executed

 

a deed of conveyance, for a lot or parcel of land, situ-

 

ate and lying on the South side of the Maine street,

 

in Mechanics town, in said county, to Tobias Fash,

 

of the same place, in which deed of conveyance,

 

describing the lot or parcel of ground, one of the lines

 

was omitted and left out, and therefore the lines does

 

not embrace the entire lot or parcel of ground, sold

 

and intended to be conveyed by the said deed, to the

 

said Fash by the said Peter Gets, and his wife Catha-

 

rine, — Therefore;

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

Omission of a line

That the deed executed by Peter Gets, and his wife

remidied

Catharine to Tobias Fash, and recorded among the

 

land records of Frederick county, in Liber J. S. num-

 

ber forty-four, folio one hundred and thirty, and one

 

hundred and thirty-one, notwithstanding the line South

 

seventy-nine degrees, East four and two-tenths perch-

 

es to a stone planted, has been omitted and left out in

 

said deed, describing the lot or parcel of ground, situ-

 

ate and lying in Mechanics town, sold and intended to

 

be conveyed to the said Tobias Fash, by the said Pe-

 

ter Gets, and his wife Catharine, the title shall be as

 

perfect and absolute in the said Tobias Fash, as if the

 

said line, South seventy-nine degrees, East four and

 

two-tenths perches to a stone planted, had been con-

 

tained and set forth in said deed, executed by the said

 

Peter Gets and his wife Catharine, to the said Tobias
