SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the share to which

 

each infant child as aforesaid shall he entitled of the

 

proceeds of sale aforesaid, shall by the trustees before

 

named be invested in some safe funds, or lent out up-

 

on interest, and the payment thereof secured by mort-

 

gage of real estate, and the said Edward E. Hail on

 

giving bonds as aforesaid, shall be entitled to receive

 

the interest from time to time accruing on the share of

 

said infants, until he or she shall come of age.

Deed

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That upon the payment of

 

the purchase money, with interest by the purchaser or

 

purchasers, his, her or their heirs, and not before, the

 

said trustees shall execute to him, her or them, a deed

 

or deeds for the lands purchased by him, her or them;

 

and the said deed or deeds being acknowledged and re-

 

corded as is prescribed by law, shall vest in the pur-

 

chaser or purchasers, his, her or their heirs, all the es-

 

tate, title and interest which the said Elisha I. Hall

 

had at the time of his death.

Court of C. author-ised to decree

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That in place of a pro-

sale, &c.

ceeding to be hereafter instituted as aforesaid, on bill

 

or petition, the Court of Chancery may proceed upon

 

being satisfied as aforesaid, and in manner aforesaid,

 

to decree a sale of said land and property as above

 

provided, upon the bill or petition for such sale now

 

pending in the Court of Chancery.

Are act to change the place of holding the Polls in the

 

first Election District of Baltimore County.

Preamble

WHEREAS, it is represented to the General Assem-

 

bly that the place of holding the Polls in the first dis-
