interested as aforesaid that a sale should be made as

prayed by said bill or petition, with all the facts, upon
|

which the opinion of the commissioners shall be form-
|
 
|
ed, and upon the court by such report, or such further
|
 
|
evidence as it may in any form satisfactory to it, have
|
 
|
prescribed and received, being satisfied that it will be
|
 
|
for the interest and advantage of the said infants and
|
 
|
other parties, that a sale as prayed shall be made, the
|
 
|
said court may decree that such sale shall be made
|
 
|
upon such terms and in such manner as to the court
|
 
|
shall seem proper, the court appointing a trustee or
|
 
|
trustees to make such sales, and requiring the same to
|
 
|
be conducted subject to such conditions and regulations
|
 
|
and according to the course usual in cases of sales
|
 
|
under decrees of the Court of Chancery.

|
SEC. 2, And be it enacted. That the money arising
|

from the sale aforesaid, shall, under the direction, and

subject to the orders of the courts of Chancery, be
|
 
|
applied in the first place to the payment of the expen-
|
 
|
ses of said sales, to be ascertained by the Chancellor,
|
 
|
and in the next place to the payment of any debts re-
|
 
|
maining due from the testator, and the discharge of
|
 
|
the pecuniary legacies directed by the will to be paid,
|
 
|
and the balance shall be distributed as the same is di-
|
 
|
rected to be distributed when the youngest child shall
|
 
|
have attained his or her twenty-first year, provided,
|

that the said Edward E. Hall give bonds with securi-
|
 
|
ty to be approved of by the Chancellor, conditioned to
|
 
|
support and educate each of the infant children, until
|
 
|
he or she shall come of age, in consideration of the in-
|
 
|
terest on the shares to which each of said infant chil-
|
 
|
dren will be entitled, being paid to him the said Ed-
|
 
|
ward E. Hall, during their infancy, and provided fur-

ther, that the said court may at any time or times re-

quire further and additional security in said bond and in
|
 
|
default of the order of the court in such behalf, being
|
 
|
complied with, that the court may annul the right of
|
 
|
said Hall to receive such interest, and provide for the
|
 
|
receiving and appropriation of the same as the court
|
 
|
may deem proper and most secure for said infants, and
|
 
|
provided also, that the said court may at discretion di-
