interested as aforesaid that a sale should be made as

 

prayed by said bill or petition, with all the facts, upon

which the opinion of the commissioners shall be form-

 

ed, and upon the court by such report, or such further

 

evidence as it may in any form satisfactory to it, have

 

prescribed and received, being satisfied that it will be

 

for the interest and advantage of the said infants and

 

other parties, that a sale as prayed shall be made, the

 

said court may decree that such sale shall be made

 

upon such terms and in such manner as to the court

 

shall seem proper, the court appointing a trustee or

 

trustees to make such sales, and requiring the same to

 

be conducted subject to such conditions and regulations

 

and according to the course usual in cases of sales

 

under decrees of the Court of Chancery.

 

SEC. 2, And be it enacted. That the money arising
