Sons through whose land said road may be tnade to

WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assem-

bly, by the petition of sundry inhabitants of Worcester

 

county, that they labor under great inconveniences for

 

want of a public wharf at Cedar Hall Landing, on

 

Pocomoke river, and the making public a road there-

 

to: — Therefore,

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Commissioners to

Maryland, That Lewis Henderson, senior, Esau Bos-

locate a landing

ton, John S. Stevenson, James B. Horsey and Handy

 

Mills, be and they are hereby appointed commissioners

 

to lay out, survey, mark and bound a piece of ground

 

of such size and extent as they may deem expedient

 

for a public wharf at Cedar Hall Landing, on Poco-

 

moke river, in Worcester county, in such a form as the

 

nature of the ground and the convenience of the land-

 

holders will permit.

 

SEC, 2. And be it enacted, That the above named
