SEC. 2. Se it enacted, That this act shall take

 

effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 432.

 

AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and thirty-

 

eight of article twenty-six of the Code of Public

 

General Laws, as enacted at the January session,

 

eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter four

 

hundred and seventy-one, entitled " Corporations,"

 

sub-title " Mining and other purposes," and to re-

 

enact said section with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That section one hundred and thirty-

 

eight of article twenty-six of the Code of Public

Repealed and

General Laws, as enacted at January session, eigh-

cle, for any of the purposes mentioned in classes
