CHAPTER 433.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council

of Baltimore City to subscribe to the capital stock

of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Com-

pany, or to endorse the bonds of the said company.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of
|

dollars, upon such terms and conditions as the said
|
 
|
mayor and city council may by ordinance prescribe.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
