CHAPTER 433.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council

 

of Baltimore City to subscribe to the capital stock

 

of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Com-

 

pany, or to endorse the bonds of the said company.

 

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of

necker Brothers, J. Guest King, W. E. Weber,
