CHAPTER 430.

 

AN ACT authorizing the county commissioners, if,

 

in the exercise of a wise and sound discretion on

 

their part, and looking to the best interest of all

 

the people of Baltimore county, they shall think it

 

advisable to do so, to invest a certain amount of

 

money belonging to said county.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
