CHAPTER 430.

AN ACT authorizing the county commissioners, if,
|
 
|
in the exercise of a wise and sound discretion on
|
 
|
their part, and looking to the best interest of all
|
 
|
the people of Baltimore county, they shall think it
|
 
|
advisable to do so, to invest a certain amount of
|
 
|
money belonging to said county.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Balti-
|
 
|

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to refund

to Rev. John B. de Wolff, State taxes paid in error.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be

his warrant upon the Treasurer in favor of Rev. John

B. de Wolff, for fourteen dollars and forty-three cents.
