of the aforesaid lot of ground, and to convey the

 

same to the purchaser by a deed in fee simple, the

 

proceeds of said sale to be applied to the liquidation

 

of debts upon their present house of worship in the

 

City of Cumberland, which said sale and conveyance

 

shall transfer to the purchaser or purchasers of said

 

lot, all the right and title of said trustees or their

 

predecessors, in and to the same, whether legal or

 

equitable, possessory or otherwise.

 

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall
