session of the General Assembly of Maryland, held in the year
1868, entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and
Swann Lake Passenger Railway Company.

A bill entitled an Act to enable the Commissioners of Som-
erset county to provide a fund for the redemption of out-
standing county bonds.
Also,
Tho bill entitled an Act, to repeal the Act passed at Jan-
nary session, 1872, chapter 355, entitled an Act to authorize
the issuing of licenses to Telegraph Companies, and Express
or Transportation Companies, not organized under the laws
of this State, to transact business therein, and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to add the same to Article 56
of the Code of Public General Laws of this State.

7th district of Wicomico county.

The bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay L. F. Coltou and Company for paper furnished, and for
printing, binding and distributing the .Report of the Board of

of the Governor, in compliance with Act of 1872, chapter 377,
sub-chapter 12, section 11.

sub-title "Retailers."

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to accept conveyance of and to hold cer-
tain property lying on or near Charles Street Avenue, in Bal-
timore county, for a public park.
