1212 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 31,
Mr. Seth, from the Judiciary Committee, reported favora-

bly,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the sale of the Parson-
age of the Methodist Episcopal Church South, in Easton,
Talbot county, Maryland.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Nutwell, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Trust,
Safe Deposit, Insurance and Guarantee Company of Balti-
more.

Which was read a first time.

The Secretary of the Senate returned the following bills,

Severally endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays;"

The bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed at Janu-
ary session, 1868, chapter 333, entitled an Act to incorporate
the Savings Institution of Sandy Spring, Maryland.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to prohibit trespassing with gun
or dog upon private land in Dorchester county, and prescrib-
ing penalties therefor.

Mr. Gill submitted the following order:

Ordered, That when this House adjourns this morning, it
adjourns to meet again at 4 o'clock, P. M., to take up second
reading of House Bills and Senate Messages.

Mr. Nicodemus submitted the following as a substitute:

Ordered, That after to-day, this Household three sessions
each day until the close of the session, viz:

The first from 10 o'clock, A. M., until 2 o'clock, P. M.
The second from 4 o'clock, P. M., until 6 o'clock, P. M.
The third from 8 o'clock, P. M., until 11 o'clock, P. M.
Pending which,
At 3 o'clock, P. M.,

On motion of Mr, Seth,
