entitled "Cecil County," and relating to Port Deposit, and
to re-enact the same with amendments, and to provide for
taking the sense of the qualified voters of Port Deposit,
whether or not said repeal and re-enactments with amend-
ments shall go into effect or be utterly void.

The hill entitled an Act to repeal section 81 of Article 20,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to Talbot county,
sub-title "Easton," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 69, of the Acts
of Assembly of 1864, and the section therein provided to be
added to the Code of Public Local Laws, in relation to the
levying of direct tax by the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more, and to re-enact the said sections with amendments.
Also,
The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act entitled
an Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
to issue bonds of the City of Baltimore to an amount not ex-
ceeding one million five hundred thousand dollars, for the
purpose of providing means for the improvement of Jones'
Falls.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and 7,
of Article 36, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Estrays and Vessels Adrift," and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

reported favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor, Aldermen
and Common Council of Frederick to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Frederick and Pennsylvania Line Rail Road
Company, and to endorse the bonds of said Company.
