AN ACT to add an additional section to Article 16 of the

Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, to be known as

Section 198A, and to follow immediately after Section 198

of said Article, relating to the powers of courts of equity to
|
 
|
authorize the mortgaging of lands belonging to estates.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
