Council to issue such bonds at one time to the amount of five

 

thousand dollars, but are hereby authorized and empowered

 

to issue the different series from time to time as necessity may

 

arise, and the total issue under the provisions of this Act shall

 

in no case exceed the said sum of fifteen thousand dollars.

 

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That the funds arising from the

 

sale of said bonds shall be at the disposal of said Mayor and

penses for the improvement, maintenance or repair of the

 

streets, avenues, lanes, alleys, ways, gutters or sidewalks of

 

said city, or for such other public improvements as to the said

AN ACT to define and regulate the time for the taking and

 

catching of oysters with scoops, scrapes and dredges in the

 

waters of Dorchester and Talbot Counties, and to amend

 

Section 250 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

take or catch oysters with scoop, scrape or dredge in the
