CHAPTER 433.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 840

 

of Article 4, entitled "City of Baltimore," of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws of Maryland, as repealed and re-enacted

 

with amendments by Chapter 453 of the Acts of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland of 1902.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Section 840 of Article 4, entitled "City of Balti-

 

more," of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, as re-

 

pealed and re-enacted with amendments by Chapter 453 of the

Re-enactment.

the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments

 

so as to read as follows :

 

840. No avenues, streets or alleys within the territory an-
