CHAPTER 434.

 

AN ACT to repeal Sections 117 A and 117B of Article 17 of

 

the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's

 

County," sub-title "Treasurer," as enacted by Chapter 477

 

of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of the year

 

1900, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That Sections 117A and 117B of Article 17 of the Code

against the property offered for sale as items of cost. A tax

 

sale shall consist of all the real estate in any election district

 

of the county, advertised for sale and belonging to the same

 

person. In the matter of sale of personal property for taxes,
