Prior Acts
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all prior Acts inconsistent

 

herewith shall be deemed repealed so soon as the provisions

 

of this Act shall have been executed.

 

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 362.

 

AN ACT to amend the charter of the Hagerstown and Myers-

 

ville Railway Company, a corporation duly incorporated

 

under the provisions of Article 23 of the Code of Public Gen-

 

eral Laws of Maryland, and to grant certain additional

 

powers to said railway company.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land, That in addition to the powers and rights conferred
