CHAPTER 363.

 

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 165

 

of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,

 

title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Sharpstown," relating

 

to appointment of a Clerk.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 165 of Article 23 of the Code' of Public

Sharpstown,
Wicomico

Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wicomico County," sub-title

County.

"Sharpstown," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-

 

enacted so as to read as follows:

 

165. The said Commissioners, or a majority of them, shall

and perform such other duties as may be assigned him by the

and copies of all ordinances shall be put up in the most public

 

places of said town.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

 

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 364.

 

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 4 of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore,"

 

sub-title "Charter," said section to follow immediately after

 

Section 87 of said Article, and to be known as Section 87A,

 

relating to the powers of the Water Board.
