used and appropriated or sold by them, and the proceeds thereof

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

CHAPTER 361.

 

AN ACT to amend Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws

 

of the State of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," sub-title

 

"Clerk," by adding an additional section providing for the

 

preservation and recording of plats filed in his office, to fol-

 

low Section 30 of said Article and to be known as Section

 

3oA.

 

SECTION T. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

 

land. That a new section be added to Article 3 of the Code of

 

Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," sub-

3oA. It shall be the duty of said Clerk to record and pre-

 

serve all plats heretofore or hereafter filed in his office in tin

of plats so recorded as aforesaid shall be receivable in evi-

 

dence to the same extent as certified copies of other records

 

in said office; and in the event of the loss or destruction in
