struction of said bridge the County Commissioners of the two

 

respective counties are hereby authorized to divide their re-

 

spective proportions thereof into five equal parts and to issue

CHAPTER 116.

 

AN ACT to authorize the Philadelphia. Baltimore and Wash-

 

ington Railroad Company to build a new bridge over the

 

Susquehanna river, between Havre de Grace, in Harford

 

County, and Perryville, in Cecil County, in the State of

 

Maryland ; to provide for the disposal of the present rail-

 

road bridge ; to acquire additional rights of way and ease-

 

ments, and construct, operate and maintain additional rail-

 

road tracks and lines of railway.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

but such location shall be north of and not more than three

 

hundred and fifty feet distant from the existing railroad bridge
