CHAPTER 655.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Board of County Com-

missioners of Worcester County to pay annually to the

Mayor and Council of Ocean City one-half of all sums levied

by said County Commissioners and collected for road and

bridge taxes upon the property within the corporate limits

of said town of Ocean City, for the repair, maintenance

and improvement of the streets of their respective town.
