LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

SECTION I. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

title "Caroline County," sub-title "Fish," to follow Section 146

 

of said Article, to be designated as Sections 146A, 146B and

 

I46C; which said sections so added are as follows:

186A, 116A, 146A. No person or persons shall catch or
' in any manner take or kill in any of the waters of Dor-

rod, hook and line, baited with natural bait or tied with arti-

 

ficial fly or with spoon or spinner. The measurements to be

 

used in ascertaining the length of the fish aforesaid shall be

 

from the tip of the nose to the end of the caudal fin or tail.

tion shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con-

 

viction thereof be fined five dollars for each fish so unlawfully
