CHAPTER 656.

 

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 619 of the Acts of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1900,

 

and to repeal Chapter 334 of the Acts of the General As-

 

sembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1902,

 

entitled "An Act providing for the election of a County

 

Treasurer for Talbot County," and defining the duties and

 

powers of said Treasurer, and to enact the following in

 

lieu thereof:

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

and the same are hereby repealed and the following re-enacted

 

in lieu thereof:

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That at the general election of

1902, for State and County purposes, shall be collected by
