    39.  Resolution authorising them to draw on the treasurer
for such sum of money as may be necessary to carry
the above resolution into effect, &c.
    40.  Resolutions authorising them to appoint commissioners
to adjust the western limits of this state, &c.

    41.  Resolution requesting them to procure a copy of
the revised code of laws of this state, and transmit the
same to the executive council of Virginia,
    42.  Resolution authorising them to appoint a fit person
to take care of the arms in the arsenal at Annapolis, &c.
    43.  Resolution authorising them to have printed for the
use of the state, one thousand copies of English Statutes,
&c.

the general government for military sites, &c.
    56.  Resolution authorising them to loan to Col. Richard
K. Heath, seventy-five stand of rifles and accoutrements,
&c.
    57.  Resolution authorising them to appoint commissioners
to devise a mode for the protection of the fisheries
in the Potomac, &c.
    58.  Resolution directing them to have the record books
in the chancery office rebound, &c.
    59.  Resolution authorising them to purchase for the
use of the state, twenty-five copies of the new edition of
the laws of the United States,
    60.  Resolution authorising them to extend the time prescribed
for the payment to be made for any confiscated
property, &c.
    61.  Resolution authorising them to draw upon the treasurer
for a sum not exceeding nine thousand dollars, to be
by them expended in repairing the public buildings, &c.
    62.  Resolution directing them to distribute the decisions
of the superior courts, &c.
