—For erecting a market house in Williamsport,
    The register of wills to keep his office, &c. at the
place of holding the county court,

    Property held for Salem Church vested in commissioners,
with power to sell, &c.
    The road from Hancock-town to Cumberland to be
laid out and improved,
    Additional sums to be levied for the relief of the
poor,
    A lottery authorised for finishing the steeple of St.
John's Church in Elizabeth-town,
    Property held in trust for the German Evangelical
Congregation at Saint John's Church, vested in the
ciders and wardens,

    The Hager's-town Bank established, &c.

    Property vested in the Lutheran and Evangelical
Presbyterian Congregation of Saint Paul's Church,
    A Board of Agriculture established,
    Money to be levied to provide an office for the register
of wills, &c.
    A lottery authorised for building a church for the
German Lutheran and Presbyterian Congregations at
Boonsborough,
    The road from Baltimore through Frederick-town,
&c. to Boonsborough, confirmed,
    The levy court authorised to open a road to intersect
the road from Hager's-town to Williamsport,
    A road to be laid off from Boonsborough to intersect
the Sharpsburgh road, and to Blackford's ferry on Potomac,
    Money to be levied for the support of Elizabeth Barnet,

    A company incorporated to make a turnpike road
from Westminster in Frederick-town, through Harman's
Gap to Hager's-town,

    A road to be opened from the Little Tonolaway
Creek, at the Ford near Hancock-town, to intersect
the road from Bedford towards Hancock-town, at the
Pennsylvania line,
