    The road by Bainbridge's and Newcomer's mill to

    Washington county exempted from the 3d section
of the inspection law concerning tobacco warehouses,
    A road to be laid out from Williamsport to the Pennsylvania 
line,
    An act respecting a road from Elizabeth-town to the
Pennsylvania line, in Nicholson's Gap,
    A lottery authorised for improving the streets of Elizabeth-town,
—For finishing the Protestant Episcopal Church in
Elizabeth-town,
    The levy court authorised to change the direction of
the road from Hager's-town towards Hancock-town,
    A road to be opened from Bennett's Ferry, to intersect
the old road from Hancock town to Fort Cumberland,
    A lottery authorised for building a bridge over the
Conococheague creek,
