    The estates of deceased mariners residing in or sailing
to or from Baltimore, vested in the Charitable
Marine Society of Baltimore, when by law they
would have become the property of the free schools,
or the levy court,
    The trustees of the McDonough Charity School, in
Charles county, incorporated,
    The trustees of the Orphaline Charity School incorporated,
    The trustees of the Male Free School of Baltimore
incorporated,
    A lottery authorised for building a school house in
Denton, Caroline county,
—For erecting a school house at or near Emmitsburgh,
in Frederick county,
    A patent directed for a lot in East Nottingham in
trust for the education of the poor children,
