SCIRE FACIAS

—Empowered to apply each county's proportion of
the fund pledged for the establishment of free schools
by the act concerning the Cumberland road and the
extension of the bank charters,
—The treasurer of the western shore authorised to
pay such proportion to the said commissioners, or their
agents, and for that purpose to dispose of the parts of
the fund requisite,

    The commissioners to report annually to the general
assembly the disposition of the funds,
    The commissioners to receive no compensation,
    Directions to the treasurer to pay to the order of the 
levy courts of Frederick, Washington, and Allegany
counties, their proportions, &c.
—Commissioners appointed in Queen Anne's county,
&c.
—In Dorchester county,
    Money to be raised by lottery for the increase of the
school fund,
    A lottery authorised for establishing a free school,
&c. in Prince-George's county,
—For the benefit of Charlotte Hall School in St.
Mary's county,
    Lands in Montgomery county to be conveyed to the
Quaker society for the establishment of a school,
    A donation to be annually paid by the treasurer to
Charlotte Hall School, on the condition therein prescribed,
—The trustees from Calvert county authorised to
secede and to have a fourth of every donation under the
act, ch. 108, to be appropriated to the purposes of education,
    A school established at Liberty town, Frederick
county,
    The Roman Catholic Free School incorporated in
the city of Baltimore,
    A covenant for schooling to be inserted in the indentures
of German and Swiss redemptioners under twenty-one,
    So much of the act for the education of poor children
as related to Anne-Arundel and Montgomery counties,
repealed,
—Directions as to the application of the money to
those counties,
    The trustees of the Union School of Durham Parish,
in Charles county, incorporated,
    The North and South Branch Bank of Potomac to
pay to the treasurer of the western shore 20 cents for
every 100 dollars subscribed and paid in, for each year
during its charter, which is pledged as a fund for supporting
county schools, to be equally apportioned,

    By a justice of the peace—how to be issued and served,
—Fee on, to justices of the peace,
    Scire facias authorised after judgments as therein directed
against executors or administrators suggesting
assets, &c.
    Directions for issuing scire facias on judgments on
the late general court or court of appeals,

    How to be issued from the county courts against
heirs and terre tenants, where resident in another county
than that where the judgment was entered,
—Same, from the court of appeals on judgments
therein, or from the late general court where the heir,
&c. may be resident in another county than that where
the original defendant resided,
