    Power given to confirm sales by executors under a
supposed authority from a will,

the town, &c.
    Swine prevented from going at large,
    The act of 1801, ch. 3, where repugnant, repealed,

    Where by law the property of deceased persons
would have devolved on the free schools of any county,
if they are abolished, it is vested in the college, if
any, or if none, in any school in the county, having
public aid by law,

    Trustees of the colleges or schools empowered to sue
for such property,
    The rights of the different schools in the state saved,
    Money or property recovered by a college or school
to be applied as other public funds granted them,
—If received by the levy courts they may apply
them to the levy or to schools in the county,
    Money loaned to Charlotte Hall School,
    The time for payment extended,
    The Eden School lands in Somerset county to be
sold, and the proceeds paid to Washington Academy
and Worcester county school,
    Degrees to be conferred in a seminary in the vicinity
of Baltimore, under the direction of W. Du Bourg and
others,
    Saint Peter's School established in the city of Baltimore,
    Ground to be purchased and a school house to be
built, in Rockville, Montgomery county, by lottery,
    A lottery authorised in Baltimore in aid of a literary
institution established by Samuel Knox,
    The trustees of Hillsborough School, in Caroline
county, empowered to bind out as apprentices, orphan
children supported and educated by them,
