    Courts, judges or justices, before whom any negro,
&c. may be brought as a runaway, to be satisfied that
he is not so before they discharge him,
    Proceedings directed when any servant or slave shall
be committed to the gaol of any county as a runaway,

    Of Anne-Arundel countymoney to be levied for
their support,

register of wills,

A supplement, extending the time for payment,
    Land to be purchased for the poor house, &c.
    Money to be levied for the support of John Tuci,
    The register of wills directed to keep his office, &c.
at the place of holding the county courts,

    Saint Mary's, Charles and Prince-George's counties,
form the first judicial district,

    Nothing in the further supplement to the inspection
law, relating to transfer tobacco, to extend to St. Mary's
county,
    The county court to be held on the first Monday in
March and August,
    Saint Mary's, Charles, and Calvert counties, form
the first district for electing representatives to congress,
    Saint Mary's, Charles, and the fifth district of Prince-George's
county, form the first district for choosing
electors of the president and vice-president of the United
States,

    The election districts altered, from three to four,

The said districts to be laid off by commissioners,
