ROADS IN BALTIMORE
                COUNTY

            INDEX TO THE LAWS.
 

    A road to be laid out, to intersect the main road from
Cromwell's bridge to Baltimore,
    The road to be straightened from Beam's Tavern, by
the mill of A. Seacamp, to the Liberty-town road,
    Provision for repairing the road from the city of Baltimore,
by Belle Air, in Harford county, to Peach Bottom
Ferry on the Susquehanna,
    A road to be laid out from the angle of the Reister's-town
turnpike road to intersect the Falls turnpike
road, &c.

—From Towson's tavern, on the Baltimore turnpike
road, to intersect the Pennsylvania line, &c.

    Provision for altering a part of the road from Baltimore
to Belle-Air,
    A road to be laid out from J. Lowe's lane, at or near
the Pennsylvania line, to intersect the road to the York 
turnpike,
—From Monkton mills, on the Great Falls of Gunpowder,
to intersect the York turnpike road,
—From Dulany-street, to communicate with the 
Philadelphia road,
—From Bond-street, on Fell's Point, to intersect
the York turnpike road,
    Provision made for viewing and changing the road to
Belle-Air, and for laying out the road from Gravelly
Hill, on the Reister's-town turnpike road, to the Frederick
county line,
    A road to be laid out from F. Smith's, on the York
road, in the direction to Westminster, Frederick county,
    The work done on the Baltimore and York turnpike
road to be revalued,
    Part of the Elk Ridge Landing road to be shut up,
    The road from T. Wells's, by the Windsor mills,
till it intersects the White Ground Road, to be made
public,
    A road to be laid out from A. Galloway's lane to the
eastern York road, above the Black Horse Tavern, in
Harford county,
    The road through Reister's-town to the Pennsylvania
line, towards Hanover, confirmed as then located,
—Same, as to the road through Westminster,
—Same, as to the road through New-Market,
—Same, as to the road towards York-town,
—A supplement,
    A road to be laid out from Lee's mill to Onion's
works,
    A road to be laid out from the mile-stone on the Pennsylvania
line, at the mill race of J. Shank, to intersect
the old York road,

    Damages to be valued on a road therein mentioned,

    A road to be laid out, beginning at the Stave Ford on
the Little Falls of Gunpowder, so as to cross the Joppa
Road, &c. to A. Hall's mill,
—Part of the road authorised to be reviewed and
shut up,
    A road to be laid out from the Frederick county
line, near Wampler's Mill, to intersect the Hanover
turnpike road near Richard's school house,
—Former acts repealed,
    A turnpike road to be made from near Ellicott's
lower mills towards George-town, in the District of
Columbia,
