ROADS IN BALTIMORE
                COUNTY

            INDEX TO THE LAWS.
 

    Provisions respecting the road from Belle-Air, in
Harford county,

    Acts respecting several turnpike roads,
Assessment to be laid therefor,
    The road from Gravelly Hill to the Frederick
county line, to be laid out,

    A road to be laid out from McCollister's plantation
to Gorsuch's mill, and from thence to J. Rutledge's
plantation,
From W. Sinclair's plantation to Vaughan's
Mine Run, and Gunpowder mills, and from thence
to the Owl Branch,
    The road leading from Baltimore city to Norwood's
ferry to be a public highway at all timesto be laid
out, &c.
    The road from Croxall's Point, on Patapsco, to be
straightened and amended until it intersects the
George-town road,
    Part of Bridge-street continued, lying within the
precincts, declared a public highway,
    The road from the Liberty town road to T. Gorsuch's
and A. Hook's mill, and to the Deer Park
Road, to be straightened and amended,
    A road to be opened from the Reister-town turnpike
road to the Soldier's Delight Old Road, &c.
    A road to be opened from Westminster to the city
of Washington and George-town, through Baltimore
county, &c.
    The road to be reviewed from the bridge, across
Winter's Run, &c. to J. Paul's dwelling,
    An act to incorporate companies to make several
turnpike roads through Baltimore county, &c.
 
 
 
 

Supplements thereto,
 
 

    The road from Gravelly Hill to Randall's town, and
the road from Randall's-town to Allen's mill, and the
line of Frederick county, confirmed, &c.
    Money to be levied in part for clearing the road from
Belle-Air to the city of Baltimore,
    The 3d section of 1801, ch. 28, repealed,
    A company incorporated to make a turnpike road, to
lead from the cross roads near Richard Caton's lime
kiln, in Baltimore county, nearly in the direction of
Jones's Falls, to the city of Baltimore,
 

Supplementary and other acts,
 

    The levy court authorised to have the road leading
into Pratt-street repaired,
    The road leading into Howard-street, in the city of
Baltimore, to be straightened, &c.
    A lottery authorised for paving a part thereof,
    The trustees of the poor empowered to lease out
ground, separated by the said road,
