ROADS IN BALTIMORE
                COUNTY

            INDEX TO THE LAWS.
 

    A lottery authorised for opening and repairing the
Baltimore and Liberty town road,
    Commissioners authorised to survey and alter the
part of the road from Baltimore to Belle-Air, passing
through the land of the devisees of M. D. Gough,
    A road to be laid out from C. Stansbury's mill, to
intersect the turnpike road from Baltimore to Westminster,
near Woolry's tavern,
—From Wolf's tavern to the turnpike gate near
Garrett's tavern,
—From the turnpike road near Conrad, Lucas and
Co's paper mill, down the main falls of Patapsco, to
intersect the road from Baltimore to Washington, at
or near Norwood's ferry,
—From the Franklin Paper Mills to the new Liberty
road, in the direction towards the city of Baltimore,
    The road in Harford and Baltimore counties
therein described, reported under a resolution of
1809, confirmed,

    A road to be laid out from the York road near
T. Sutton's, to intersect the Baltimore and York turnpike
road near Weise's tavern,
—From the Pennsylvania line, near Hendricks's
tavern, &c. to intersect the road load out from the end
of the Falls turnpike road,
—From the 18th mile-stone on the Baltimore and
York turnpike road, to the Baltimore and Hanover
turnpike road, &c.
—From the new Cotton Manufactory on Gwinn's
Falls to the new Liberty road,
    The act of 1803, ch. 99, authorising a lottery for
opening a road from Westminster, repealed,
    A lottery authorised for opening and clearing the
road from Westminster, in Frederick county, to George-town
and the city of Washington,
    Money to be levied for repairing the Liberty-town
road,
—For repairing parts of the Windsor Mills and
Garretson roads,
    A road to be laid out, beginning at the intersection
of North and Bridge-street, till it intersects Britain-street,
—From near the dwelling of the late J. Stevenson,
to intersect the old York road near Jessop's mill,
    The road from Monkton mills to the York turnpike
road, before declared public, to be kept open, of the
breadth of thirty feet, as other public roads,
    A road to be laid out from Britain's manufactory, to
intersect McMechen's road at Tudor's lane,
    Part of the old Hanover road, opened by the levy
court, directed to be shut up,
    The levy court authorised  to appoint supervisors on
the Philadelphia and Belle-Air roads, and the Liberty-town
road—money to be levied,
    The act of 1810, ch. 88, relating to criminals, repealed,
    Part of the road to Belle-Air, passing through T.
Kell's farm to a small run near W. Dimmitt's, declared
a public highway,
    The road through Randall's-town to the county line
towards Liberty-town, as then made, confirmed,
    The road from J. Croxall's point, on Patapsco, till it
intersects the George-town road at Mrs. Carroll's
Bridge, to be straightened, &c.
    A company incorporated to make a turnpike road
from the District of Columbia to the city of Washington,
