    Of St. Mary's county—money to be levied for her
support,

    To be built in the city of Baltimore—a lottery authorised,

—Same, in Elkton, Cæcil county,

—Same, for Washington Lodge No. 3, at Fell's
Point, &c.
    The Master and Wardens of Somerset Lodge, No.
49, incorporated, as therein mentioned,

    Punishment for their importing felons, &c.

    Penalty on their suffering their slaves, &c. to put
quick lime in any stream of water in Baltimore county
to destroy the fish,

    Murder committed in the perpetration or attempt
to perpetrate Mayhem, to be deemed murder of the
first degree,
    Every person his aiders, &c. convicted of Mayhem
or of tarring and feathering, to be confined in the penitentiary 
not more than 10 years,
    Every person, his aiders, &c. convicted of the crime
of cutting out or disabling the tongue, putting out an
eye, slitting the nose, cutting or biting off the nose,
ear or lip, cutting or biting off or disabling any limb or
member, of malice, with intention to maim or disfigure,
to be confined in the penitentiary not less than 2
nor more than 10 years,

    And others, of Prince-George's county—money to
be levied for their support,

    Letters of attorney for acknowledging deeds may
be proved before the mayor of the place where they
shall be executed, &c. 
    Acknowledgments of final discharges to trustees may
be taken before the mayor of a corporation, &c.
