and between the 2d, 3d and 5th districts,

    The election districts in Allegany county altered
from six to eight,

districts,
    The election districts in Dorchester county altered
from three to five,

—Provisional appointment of commissioners to lay
off the said districts,
    The place of holding the elections in the first election
district in Harford county altered,
    The judges of the fifth election district in Washington
county empowered to hold the elections in any
house in Hancock-town,
    Persons challenging, or accepting a challenge to
fight a duel, declared incapable of being elected to any
post, &c. civil or military,
    The place of holding the elections in the second
election district in Anne-Arundel county altered,

    All that part of the second election district of Anne-Arundel
county, lying out of the city of Annapolis, to
compose the second election district of said county,
—The city of Annapolis to constitute the sixth election
district of said county for all elections,
—Such elections to be held by the mayor, &c. at
such place within the city as they may appoint,
—Returns to be made by them of the votes to the
presiding judges of the other districts in one county,
to be computed by them, &c.
    Commissioners appointed to lay off Prince-George's
county into six separate districts,
    The number and limits of election districts in the
city of Baltimore, shall always be the same as the 
wards therein,
    The elections in the fifth election district in Anne-Arundel
county to be held at the house of Henry Whalen,
on the Frederick turnpike road,

   The property qualification repealed and abolished,

    Electors of the Senate, and of the President and Vice-President,
their allowance increased,

    In Washington county—a lottery authorised for improving
the streets,
—Same, for finishing the Protestant Episcopal
Church,
—Same for finishing the steeple of Saint John's
Church, and for other purposes,
    An act for the benefit of the German Evangelical
Lutheran Congregation in and about Elizabeth-town,
    The name changed to Hagers-Town, &c.
