The collection of certain ground rents
on lots authorised,
The Cumberland Bank of Allegany established,

and for the extension of the charters of the several

A lottery authorised for building a
church,
—For purchasing a fire engine,
Water Company incorporated, &c.
Commissioners appointed for the regulation
and
improvement of Cumberland, and an act to incorporate
the same,
The charter of the Cumberland Bank
of Alleghany
continued and extended to the 1st of January 1835, &c.
provided that the said bank is not released from the
terms and conditions prescribed by the act of 1813, ch.
122,
The original plot of Cumberland to
be revised and
corrected,
—Cherry Alley therein, vacated,
Reserves westward of Fort Cumberland,
excepted
from the real estate that was liable to confiscation,
made liable to be taken up by warrant,
His devise in trust for the Methodist
Episcopal
Church, assented to by the legislature,
The species of coins struck at the
mint of the United
States; and the rates of foreign coins, as severally
regulated and established by Congress, to be adjudged
the current money of this state,
—All accounts in the public offices, and proceedings
in the courts, to be kept accordingly,
—Judgments, decrees and fines, &c. to be rendered
therein, but not vitiated if rendered as before,
—State bonds to be taken therein, but if omitted,
the obligors not discharged,
Claim or title by tenant by the curtesy,
forfeited on
conviction of bigamy,
Provision for laying off the portions
of tenants by
the curtesy, or sale in commissions under the act to
direct descents. See Descents.
